group operates under the name & style of KOI restaurant, head quartered in
LA, has branches in New York, Bangkok & Las Vegas. It is a high end
Japanese restaurant serving Japanese Californian fusion cuisine since early
2000 in Los Angeles, USA.

Thailand was selected as a key investment destination due its
sustained growth during the past 15 years, proximately to Bangladesh and closed
relationship between the countries. The Group decided to invest in selected
business sectors depending on country specific politico-economic environment.
The sectors identified for Thailand were hotel and related business, restaurant/lounges
etc. as an entry strategy.
